Rent Prices Beachfront Apartments Cervia

RESIDENCE ADRIATICA

The flats and the apartments are rented weekly from Saturday till Saturday from 4pm (sometimes even in the morning) of the day of arrival until 9,30am of the day of departure.
For the booking is required a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
The rest of the sum and the city tax must be paid upon arrival. It is also required a deposit of € 150,00 (refundable upon departure).
Also the check-in must be made in the same day, all at the villa Elga's office (in Via Cristoforo Colombo 21) or at Residence Adriatica (in via Romolo Gessi, 1).

BOOKINGS:
• The booking is considered confirmed only with a written confimation by the client and after the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total price within 7 days from the date of request.
• For last minute bookings, a credit card will be requested as guarantee.

TERMS OF PAYMENTS:
• Cash up to the threshold value, established by Italian law (with settlement of the stay upon arrival)
• Credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, ATM CARD
• Cheques are not accepted

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellation 30 days before the arrival date: an amount equal to half of the deposit will be retained
• From 29 days to 1 day before the arrival date: the entire amount of the deposit will be retained
• The cancellation must be a written declaration and received by the hotel within the term above mentioned, in case of cancellation on the phone, the client must send a written confirmation
